If you spot Jeff on site it will likely be with a tool in hand, a load of wood in arms and a sun drenched tan from tinkering on his restored 1974 ocean trawler. With a tender heart for the elderly and a souls desire to give to others, Jeff is the guy a friend will call when help is needed. Handy, humble and helpful would rightly describe his character. He is a man skilled in many crafts and not afraid to learn as he goes. Jeff is the builder of Nocturna Domes and the guy who manages things in both the material and immaterial worlds. Within him lives a light that is a safe haven for those is a storm. What you see at Nocturna Domes is only possible because Jeff said “I’m all in”.
